Our Promise to You
At Hopebird Kitchen, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@hopebirdkitchen.com or call 612-849-5521. We will work with you to make it right, whether that means a replacement, store credit, or a full refund.
A Few Things to Know
If something's off with your order — whether it arrived damaged, doesn't taste right, or just isn't what you expected — reach out and we'll take care of it. We may ask for a photo so we can figure out what went wrong on our end, but we're not going to make you jump through hoops.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our end.
