Swiss Cheese Crisps

Hopebird pumpkin seeds add extra flavor, protein and crunch to these easy cheese crisps, also known as fricos.

Here are the steps:
Choose two slices of cheese. Swiss is recommended for its sweet, nutty depth, but any sliced variety works.
Place one slice on a nonstick air fryer tray.
Top with about one tablespoon of Hopebird pumpkin seeds.
Layer the second slice of cheese on top.
Air fry until golden, then flip. Alternatively, bake on a parchment-lined sheet.
Toast until crisp and evenly golden.
Cool before serving — the crisp sets as it rests.
Serving Suggestions:
Snack on it solo.
Crumble over tomato soup.
Top a salad for extra crunch.
