Swiss Cheese Crisps

Hopebird pumpkin seeds add extra flavor, protein and crunch to these easy cheese crisps, also known as fricos.


Here are the steps:

  1. Choose two slices of cheese. Swiss is recommended for its sweet, nutty depth, but any sliced variety works.

  2. Place one slice on a nonstick air fryer tray.

  3. Top with about one tablespoon of Hopebird pumpkin seeds.

  4. Layer the second slice of cheese on top.

  5. Air fry until golden, then flip. Alternatively, bake on a parchment-lined sheet.

  6. Toast until crisp and evenly golden.

  7. Cool before serving — the crisp sets as it rests.


Serving Suggestions:

  • Snack on it solo.

  • Crumble over tomato soup.

  • Top a salad for extra crunch.
